About Thomas HOME ALTERATIONS & ADDITIONS. I'm a one person architectural design firm, my office is in my home. I have recently chosen to limit my services to residential design. Sorry, but I will no longer be designing commercial projects. I can offer creative solutions for the home and it's landscape by utilizing years of experience including a Penn State degree in architecture and hands-on work as a carpenter and mason. With home renovations my services typically begin with a meeting where I will listen to the Client's needs for changes and upgrades, view the property, then offer ides. If renovations don't appear practical, I will say so. After the initial meeting the client may decide to stop my services or have me continue with a design. Construction drawings can also be provided. The client may stop my services at any time. Good planning and design are essential for home renovations. The owner can get more for the construction dollars plus better results. No project is too small. Thank you.
