About Thomas I’m a one person design firm specializing in Home Additions, Renovations, and Small New Homes. No more commercial projects. A design will only be as good as the person designing and a proper design can pay for itself in efficient construction costs. Finding the best designer may be the most important part of a construction project. I bring to the table a Penn State architectural degree and 45 years of design experience. A one person firm is the most efficient way to produce home designs, plus my clients are choosing their designer. My projects begin with a meeting at the clients’ home. I listen to their wishes and thoughts for changes. I provide my thoughts / ideas and discuss my fees. With this meeting the clients get to know me and my design approach, and can then decide if I should be hired to proceed further.
